Forward YouTube emails

Strikes, claims and warnings arrive by email, often with a deadline. Forward them here and Standing Brief names each one, dates it and shows the next step.

    Add this address in Gmail

    Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address. Paste the address above.

    Confirm it

    After you add the address, Gmail sends a confirmation code to it. It appears here: reload this page after a minute.

    Import the filter

    It forwards only mail from YouTube (and Google mail about YouTube). Everything else stays private. Gmail → Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Import filters → choose this file → Create filters.

We only keep mail from YouTube and Google. Anything else that reaches this address is deleted unread. An email counts only if YouTube's own email signature checks out, so a fake "you have a strike" email can't fool it.
